Zapiekanki WISŁA is a relatively young spot on the gastronomic map (established in 2024) that instantly won the hearts of guests. Their secret? It's a place where taste defends itself, but the service process needed improvement.

With such a refined product, a static text menu on the wall was a "bottleneck":

  • Lack of visualization: The text didn't convey the appetizing look of the casseroles ("premium" effect), making it difficult for new guests to decide.
  • Tourist service: Foreigners often didn't understand what a "Zapiekanka" was, and the text menu didn't help break the language barrier.

Sushi Żelazna (formerly Sushi King) is a recognized brand on the Warsaw gastronomic map. It is famous for the masterful quality of ingredients and spectacular serving of sets using dry ice. The venue enjoys huge occupancy in the evenings, but the small number of tables limited the potential of outstanding Sushi Masters. The key goal was to scale takeout sales and optimize noon hours.

Challenge: Profitability and "Lunch Gap"

  • Profit drainage in delivery: With an average basket of 150-200 PLN, app commissions amounted to 45-60 PLN, making this channel unprofitable.
  • Unused room at noon: While tables are scarce in the evenings, the room was not fully occupied during lunch hours. This was the only time of day requiring support in filling the venue.

How is Loyka different from systems like Choice QR or Restaumatic? +

Loyka is a next-generation system. Unlike older solutions (Restaumatic, UpMenu), we do not charge a commission on your turnover, but only a symbolic technical fee (1 PLN + 1%).

Compared to simple QR menus (like Choice), Loyka is not just a "digital piece of paper", but an active salesperson. Our system automatically proposes add-ons to customers (upselling), collects reviews for Google, and builds a base of loyal guests, realistically increasing the value of each receipt.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +

No. We believe in the quality of our product, so we don't tie you down with contracts for years. The model is simple: you pay only when you earn. The monthly subscription is 150 PLN net – a cost that usually pays for itself after handling just 9 orders in a month.

Are there any setup fees to start the system? +

Yes, we charge a one-time activation fee of 299 PLN net. We treat this as a "Concierge" service – for this price, our team does all the work for you:

  • We input your menu and photos,
  • We configure delivery zones and payments,
  • We connect your own domain (e.g., restaurant.pl),
  • We train your staff on using the panel.

Thanks to this, you receive a system ready to earn, without having to click through settings yourself.

How does integration with deliveries (Wolt Drive) work? +

It works automatically. When a customer places an order on your website, the Loyka system immediately searches for a Wolt Drive courier. The courier arrives for pickup just like for orders from the Wolt app, but the cost of this delivery is fixed and many times lower than the 30% commission you pay to portals. You decide whether you cover the delivery cost or the customer does.

Do I need a special tablet or expensive equipment? +

No. Loyka works in the cloud (SaaS). You can handle orders on any device you already have in the restaurant: on the manager's phone, waiter's tablet, or company laptop. The panel is light, fast, and does not require installing complicated software.

I already have a website on WordPress/Wix. Can I connect Loyka? +

Of course. Loyka works as an independent ordering module. You can attach the "ORDER ONLINE" link to your current website, Facebook fanpage, Google Maps business card, and Instagram. If you don't have a website – you get one from us included in the subscription.
