Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing Your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of Loyka's own products and services, including for analytical and profiling purposes – the legal basis for processing is your consent. Data recipients Your personal data may be shared with other data recipients, including entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator (e.g., providing IT support services), whereby such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator's instructions. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area Your personal data may also be transferred to certain subcontractors of IT system providers, i.e., recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area, for which the European Commission has not established an adequate level of personal data protection. Source of personal data Providing personal data is voluntary. Information on automated decision-making, including profiling With regard to discounts processed in Loyka, decisions concerning you may be made automatically (i.e., without human influence). E.g., after selecting you to receive a discount, an automatic process of assessing compliance with the campaign conditions will occur, and then a discount will be automatically issued. These decisions will concern the possibility of granting you a discount. Decisions will be made based on your data regarding transaction history, income obtained, age, assets held. The above data were considered significant when granting discounts. Decisions will be based on profiling, i.e., automatic assessment of compliance with the campaign conditions. In connection with automated decision-making concerning the assessment of the legitimacy of meeting the campaign conditions resulting in the possibility of using a specific discount or lack thereof, you have the right to challenge this decision, to express your own position, or to obtain human intervention (i.e., analysis of data and decision-making by a human). Furthermore, automated decisions may be made using the User's location, and the decision will consist of presenting or not presenting information about the Partner or Campaign in the application. Such data as: name and surname, address, bank account numbers, user ID, email address, phone number, payment transactions (including amount, currency, date, recipient account, sender account, status, number, title, type, description, other transaction data), account balance, other identifiers, data of account co-owners are used for automated decision-making. Profiling will include analysis of transaction history downloaded from open banking or manually added to the User by the Partner, analysis of actions performed by the User in the application, analysis of the User's location.

Information on the requirement to provide data Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. I agree to the processing of my personal data, including profiling for determining preferences or needs regarding products or services and presenting an appropriate offer, by Loyka sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ludwika Kondratowicza 11/119 ("Loyka"), as the administrator, for the purpose of direct marketing of Loyka products or services and for telephone contact in order to present marketing information by Loyka in telephone conversations, including partners cooperating with Loyka and the use by Loyka of automatic calling systems for direct marketing. Based on this consent, the following types of your personal data may be processed by Loyka: identification, contact, concerning economic situation and possessed financial products.
